cabin is ready for your special occasion. Please review
our rates and policies below.

We
accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. A
credit card is required to hold your reservation. We will
authorize the amount of your stay before your arrival and
transfer the payment on the day of your departure.
RATES
Deposit
We
are currently not requiring a deposit to hold your reservation.
Please review our
Cancellation Policy should your plans change.
Cabin
Rental
Children are welcome but must be supervised. We have two
bedrooms with private baths and can comfortably accommodate 4
guests. If you plan on more than this we can supply an air
mattress.
Rental Rates
$140 for a single night
$120 per night for two or more nights
Contact us
to discuss
arrangements for longer stays or for rates when renting
this cabin and the
Soda Creek Lodge together (7 bedrooms
and 4 baths total).
NOTE:
RV
parking (no hookups)
Free
with cabin rental (we have room for two RVs)
CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT
Check-in time is after 3 PM. Please notify us if you will
arrive before this time.
Check-out time is before 11 AM on the last day.
KITCHEN
We have
a small, fully equipped, modern
kitchen available for your use.
You can bring food from home or purchase food locally. Leftover food must be taken with you or thrown away.
NO-NO's
SMOKING
Inside, our cabin is a
smoke-free environment.
Smoking is permitted on the grounds.
Butts must be placed
in provided containers.
A
$200 charge will be added to your bill if there is evidence of
smoking inside the cabin.
ALCOHOL
Alcohol is permitted on the premises.
Loud
parties and noises are not permitted.
Violation of this rule will result in immediate expulsion and
forfeiture of the rental fee.
PETS
In consideration of our future guests we ask that you leave
your pets home. Many of our guests are allergic to pet dander
and we want our cabin to be comfortable for everyone.
Should you feel that this rule does not apply to you, you will
be asked to leave early and we'll add an additional
$50
PER DAY charge
to your final bill. Sorry, but we feel strongly about this!
CLEANING FEE
There
will be a $50 butt removal charge added to your
bill if we have to clean butts out of the yard.
Damage/Loss
We
will be happy to bill your credit card for any property loss
or damage incurred during your stay.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Should your plans change, we require a notice of cancellation at
least 48-hours before your scheduled stay. Cancellations less
than 48-hours in advance will be charged one night's stay.
No-shows will be charged for one night's stay.
